Here it is!
Time to start logging all the great tiki places I’ve been to, want to go to, and the beverages they make there (including ones I’ve made myself).
I’m going to start by adding two types of posts – Tiki Bar Review (duh) and Drink Focus. The latter is where I will break down beverages that I have made for myself and I’ll share the recipe that I used along with specific ingredients that I used to get there. As you will learn when making these fun drinks, it really is all about the ingredients.
